I am an Historian with a Passion for Food and Wine. I have always loved food but in the last years I became a professional Sommelier Wine & Spirit Education Trust, Level 3.  Booking one of my tours is the key to an authentic experience:  learn the history,  arts, culture, food and wine of my beautiful Country . The tour can be combined with the visit of a  medieval hill top towns or an historical/natural site of the region. You wil learn about cheese making, olive oil pressing, grape harvesting.  Every experience can be personalized according to your interests and period of the year.
