Planning a visit to Monte Cassino, Anzio, or exploring the Italian Campaign (1943–1945)?

Each battlefield experience is privately arranged and conducted directly by me.

A full-day tour (approximately 6 hours) is recommended in order to properly understand the operational context, terrain, and historical development of the battle. These are in-depth, structured visits — not brief overviews.

Extended itineraries, multi-day battlefield studies, and broader campaign-focused journeys may also be arranged upon request.

Advance notice is required, as each experience involves historical preparation and individual itinerary planning.

All tours are conducted in English.

Tours generally begin at:

• Cassino Railway Station (Monte Cassino sector)
• Anzio Railway Station (Anzio–Nettuno sector)

If you require a different meeting point, please indicate this in your message.
Alternative arrangements may be possible depending on location and schedule.

For Families of Allied Veterans

If you are retracing a family story, please include:

• Veteran’s full name
• Regiment / Division / Unit (if known)
• Dates in Italy (if available)
• Any documents available (discharge papers, medal citations, photographs)

Even limited documentation is often sufficient to reconstruct a meaningful operational path.

For Historians, Military Professionals & WWII Enthusiasts

If you wish to focus on a specific division, regiment, or operational sector, please indicate:

• Division or regiment of interest
• Battle, sector, or campaign phase
• Type of focus (operational, tactical, commemorative, academic)

Each itinerary is individually structured using war diaries, military maps, and terrain analysis.

What the Experience Includes

• Private Mercedes van
• Dedicated professional driver (the driver remains with the vehicle throughout the day)
• Onboard multimedia system with wartime footage, operational maps, and “then & now” comparisons
• Refrigerated water, soft drinks, and light refreshments
• Historical preparation in advance of your visit

The vehicle functions as a mobile interpretive space, allowing the historical narrative to unfold continuously throughout the day.

Tours are normally private and designed exclusively for your family or group.
In certain cases, if a similar historical focus has been requested for the same date, a small shared arrangement (maximum 6 participants) may be proposed.
